Skateboarding for beginners! HELP!?

I really need some tips and advice. Ive just started skateboarding, I can do fine on flat surfaces, you know the controls at the ground … I can go down some ramps and stuff, I even went to a pipe small area a few times, however, fell and sprained my wrist and ankle today I did the same trying to get a larger pipe half, lets just say my wrist is dead and I do not intend to soon unless its like a quick easy place … anyway just a site with good advice and ideas, or even your own … Im just learning, please help thank you I have a helmet, wrist, elbow, knee and thankfully lol I look like a dork but at least i na break anything! I dropped in on a small tube neighborhood … maybe … three feet, that's all, IM Learning PEOPLE!
